Who we are
This website is run by Stephen Harrison, a sole trader trading as AI Growth Systems (“we”, “us”), of 6 Glynde Avenue, Brighton, Sussex, BN2 8QR. Contact: info@aigrowthsystems.co.uk. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
The AI Growth Assessment
The assessment is free. It is written by an AI system from your answers and from public information, and it is general guidance, not professional advice. Time savings in it are estimates. We don’t promise any particular result from acting on it.
Our paid services
Our services are for businesses, not consumers. By buying, you confirm you are buying for your business.
Prices are not listed on this website. Before any work starts, we agree in writing (an email is enough) what we will do, the price and how you will pay. That written agreement and these terms together make up our contract with you.
We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
Cancellations and refunds
- Moving a call: tell us at least 24 hours before and we’ll rearrange it at no charge. A call missed without that notice counts as delivered.
- Done-for-you work: you can cancel for a full refund within 7 days of paying, provided the setup session has not taken place. After that the price is not refundable, because the work is built for your business.
- Paying in instalments: if we agree instalments, they are a way of paying the full price. All instalments remain due if you stop part-way.
- Monthly support: cancel at any time. It runs to the end of the month already paid for and is not refunded for part of a month.
What you own
Everything we build for your business is yours to keep using once it is paid for. Our templates and methods stay ours, and you may use them inside your own business.
Tools from other companies
Your set-up uses AI tools and services run by other companies. You hold your own accounts with them, pay their fees, and are bound by their terms. We can’t be responsible for changes they make.
What we need from you
To do the work we need accurate information, timely replies, and access to the accounts and tools involved. You are responsible for the content you give us, for having the right to share it, and for how you and your team use AI tools afterwards, including checking what they produce before it reaches a customer.
No guaranteed results
We set up tools and coach you to use them. What they achieve depends on your business, your market and how they are used. We do not promise any level of enquiries, sales, income or savings. Estimates of time saved are estimates. Nothing on this website or in our assessments is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
Our responsibility to you
- We will carry out our services with reasonable care and skill.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
- Otherwise, our total liability to you for everything connected with a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- We are not liable for failures or changes in tools and services run by other companies, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- The free assessment and the content of this website are provided as they are, without any warranty.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one on this page on the day you buy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
